I want to deleate my watchlist

Hi guys.

When you create a new case, it automatically enters your watchlist.

How can I stop it from being added automatically?

I haven't changed the business rules.

Hi, I do not see this behavior in an OOB PDI if I create a new Case.
Do you have a before insert BR setting watch_list content?
Perhaps you could update this thread with clear details of your configuration and the method used to create the case?

Hi, as I indicated in my previous post I do not see this as OOB behavior in a PDI and unfortunately it is not possible to diagnose further from partial screen-shots.

Does your name appear in the form watchlist before you save the record?
If yes, then you could investigate client-scripts.
If no, then you could look at Business rules.
Searching the client-script or BR 'script' field for 'watch_list' might be a first step in investigation.

This could potentially also be the result of a plugin or flow/workflow.
