Hi guys.
When searching in CSM, similar words are searched.
Is there a way to associate certain words so that when one word is searched, the other word does not appear in the search results?
Thank you.

Hi!
It seems like you are looking for this: Create synonym dictionaries (servicenow.com)
Synonym dictionaries allows you specifically to expand text searches with additional search keywords.
If you are already using AI Search that article is interesting as well: AI Search Synonyms - ServiceNow Community
I hope this helps!

Hi @shibasou
While you are reviewing your search configs, I recommend using the guided setup to look at your search configuration holistically.
Using guided setup to implement AI Search
Guided setup provides a sequence of tasks that help you configure AI Search on your ServiceNow instance. To open AI Search guided setup, navigate to All > AI Search > Guided Setup.
For more information about using the guided setup interface, see Using guided setup.
Regards
