In Advanced Work Assignment, Assignment rule trigging empty

Hi Team
In AWA, work items are creating but sometimes Assignment Rule and Assignment group showing as empty, but sometimes showing not empty. Not able to debug the issue why it's happening.
Providing screenshot please find it.

Hello,
This will happen when the the ticket that you are trying to assign does not contain assignment group as same as the assignment group specified in "Assignment eligibility" ...Please check while creation of ticket is it getting assigned to the correct assignment group which should be same as group mentioned in Assignment eligibility
