In Agent workspace module "Available" status  is not showing in inbox.

Hello,

Go to 'awa_presence_state' table and make 'Available' as active, mark my answer as correct if that helps

How to enable available option in status

Hi Rasheed,

 

     Thanks for helping me, I will make it true but it is showing as orange color so when i am connect through chat setup there it is showing as "There are no agents available at the moment. Please try again later."
