Hi,
I am facing an issue in ATF for Approving Change request.
we have two level of approvals in Change request. first level of approval (in assess state) steps were successfully passed, but second level of approval (in authorize state) steps are getting failed continuously after using several different approaches. can any one suggest a solution.
highlighted step is getting failed.

I am QA, I don't have complete knowledge of backend process. as of my knowledge, once change is created(new state) --> moved to request approval(assess state)--> approver approves (then state changed to authorize and another approval triggers) --->approver approves second approval --> stated changes to scheduled state--> implementation ---> change tasks created---> change tasks closed-->review state

Hello Shakeel,
I have tested, what you asked me check manually, before asking help in community. I have tried all the possible ways I know.
Thankyou

Well, have you communicated your findings to the dev team then? Maybe, they need to look at the error and troubleshoot further on their end.
