In CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace contextual search sidebar, how to change default search ?

I want to change CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace response template search bar to be empty.
What should I do?

Hi!

Of course I wouldn't know the value of such a thing for you guys, but from an external standing point, I would not recommended such a customization. Short Description is used at so many places on the platform to drive results, even with ML\AI. It would introduce a gap and technical debt.

Depending on the desired data you'd like to input for that search, if it make sens, maybe automate the Short Description population with that data (again, only if it make sense).

I know it might not help, but happy if it's keeps some futur headaches away and maybe inspire for a more OOTB approach.
