In SOW view, am getting the different field behavior .

Hi Team,

I have created one new field with the name Additional Info on the incident table with Type Name-Value Pairs.

I have added that field in both Native and SOW view of Incident form

Query :

1. In Native view , i can see the field behavior  like below, Name , Value

2. In SOW view , field behavior is different   like below, Label , Value

why such difference,  is it expected behavior ?

if not , how to troubleshoot this?

yes it's OOB behavior.
