I am sending mail through my personal gmail to servicenow instance , mail received to servicenow and showing in email logs received but case is not created and in email logs target showing empty. I am sending mail through outlook to servicenow instance , mail received to servicenow and case is created. Why its not working when using gmail.

Something must be wrong in the config of the inbound action. ServiceNow receives the email from both addresses, so it has nothing to do with the domain you are sending from. Can you share the inbound action, including conditions and also the received gmail email?

Does it work if you send another mail from you gmail, with different content? I don't see your entire inbound action, but it looks like you are trying to update it. Was gmail the second mail you send, after outlook was already processed?
