Incident number unable to copy from incident from. Incident number filed read-only value.
starting from this morning I have a “strange” error with Service Now: it’s not possible for me copy data from several fields (here below in yellow) but I can copy the first value in blue
I asked to other colleague and he haven’t any problem…he can copy all the values like me until yesterday.
For me is important to copy tk nr and email user in order to write email with correct references

We have noticed a similar issue this morning in Chrome with its current release, I suspect that this is a browser issue not a Service Now issue. Is your colleague using edge/firefox or some other browser. I Found I was able to copy and paste using tricks like select all but or Shift+right arrow in the field but I have switched to Edge for now.
Someone who's Chrome who has not yet updated could still copy and paste until they updated then they were unable to.

We have "Microsoft Edge for Business, Version 131.0.2903.51 (Official build) (64-bit)". I just got a new hard drive yesterday, so I thought maybe it was a setting, but I'm not finding anything to change. When I am in the ServiceNow Platform looking at an Incident, Interaction, or Task, I am experiencing the same thing that the others mentioned, like the field acts as if it is an image, so when I click and hold it, then move my mouse, you can see a shadow image of the field moving with the mouse. I also can't lick in a field, highlight anything, or copy anything from any of the fields.
If I open the same ticket using Google Chrome, I can copy anything from any field, like I could do earlier this week.
When I am in my 'Service Operations Workspace' using Edge, I can highlight anything and copy it using CTRL+C and then CTRL+V to paste it in any other field or in a document.

Thank you for your reply, but I am unable to log into that portal to view the solution. I will pass the link on to the team that works with ServiceNow issues in our bureau. Hopefully they will be able to open the link. If not, I will reach back out to you.
