Installation guide for Service Bridge

Hi,

Has anyone installed the service bridge , i am able to activate the replication between the instances , however unable to see record producer entitlement in Customer instance. If you have any installation guide/doc please help. And what will be the Customer ID.

Hi Rahul,

There are configuration steps defined in the DemoHub Service Bridge narratives @Saurav Verma put together.   You can find the bridge configuration steps in the Preparation section under 'Additional Steps'.  There is also a walk-thru video in each of the showcases.  Hope this is helpful.

While onboarding the customer on Service Bridge which Service Account and Password you used. Could you please help me by answering this.

Hello @AaryaRM,

 

Account: It should be the company name for which you set up the service bridge. (Make sure the class of company is "account.")

Contact: Any user in the provider instance (which will be your customer contact person; make sure the class of user is "contact.")

Service Account Password would be: Any authenticated user's password (of the provider instance) that you will be using in the consumer instance to use remote choice in service account field of "service provider" record in consumer instance. And this Service Account password is only needed when you onboard your customer through the portal (Service Bridge Registration). If you will onboard a customer by creating a record in the backend in the "customers" (sn_nowebonding_pro_customer_connection) table, it does not require a password; only Connection, Account, and Contact are enough.
