Unable to add remote tasks in Service Bridge

Hello, can soneone please help with adding remote tasks, I did add remote task definitions but when I add remote tasks from provider instance I don't see remote task definitions to select. Not sure what Iam doing wrong. Can someone please help.

Hi @deepthibomm ,

1)Firstly check that RTD has been successfully synchronised between consumer and provider instances - you might want to restest the connection or sync the integration. 

 

2)The integration user that you have specific is having access issue and he is not having enough rights to access the RTD you created

3) Please delete the connections that has the same account which are not being used in the [sn_nowebonding_pro_customer_connection] and keep the connection which will be used further.
