While configuring Telecommunication Service Management I have two instances in which I considered one instance for provider and other for consumer. As the data must be replicated in between two instances using Service bridge do we need to have customer account on both instances to configure service bridge.
And how can i create account in two instances?
Thanks in advance!!

Hello @Naga14 ,
In core_company table on "consumer side" u need to create record and mark vendor checkbox.
Service Bridge Configuration on Consumer side:
1. Install IDR plugin(com.glide.idr)
2. Service Bridge (sn_nowebonding)
3. Create service provider record(connection, vendor, consumer replication set)
4. Go to remote task definitions and select the definition which is synced from producer instance and then publish it with a specific trigger condition of eBonding.
Service Bridge Configuration on Provider side:
1. Install IDR plugin(com.glide.idr)
2. Service Bridge for Providers (sn_nowebonding_pro) (Subscription Req for Production instance)
3. On Provider side TPSM or CSM or TSM needed.
4. Setup the provider.
5. Create Producer Replication set.
6. Create a connection(Onboard a customer).
7. Create a Remote task definition(as per ur requirements).
8. Publish the Remote task definition.
9. For any customizations in the fields require then configure Transforms.
10. For eBonding of catalogs create remote record producer.
11. For eBonding of KM, IDR will do easily and it is obviously a one way task.
12. For any reference fields on catalog, configure "Remote Choice Definitions".

Hello @Naga14 ,
Only u need to onboard your customer (Account) on "Provider Instance". For this simply u need to go to "sn_nowebonding_pro_customer_connection" table and create ur customer record.
OR Onboard a customer from CSM portal --> "service bridge registration on provider instance"
And on "Customer Instance" only u need to create a company record and mark the "Vendor" checkbox.
To take the full leverage of TSM features. You need to follow the CSM model rather than old ITSM model.
Few implementation changes on Provider Instance:
- Onboarding customer details in the “Account” table instead of “Company”.
- Creating user data in the “Contacts” table instead of “User”.
Without above foundation set up, u are not be able to use Service Bridge app for eBonding.
