Interactive filters

Hi,

 

Can anyone help on this, I have added interactive filter for Assigned to in my dashboard for Request Items table. when I select any name in assigned to its not showing request details accordingly. What steps should be taken for this?

Hello @Naga jyothi sri ,

 

In the interactive filter, click on the gear icon (edit widget), and make sure the interactive check box is checked. SS:

And in report, click on the gear icon (edit widget), and in interactivity, make sure both checkboxes are checked. SS:

please share your setup of the interactive filter you have created. Sounds like something have gone wrong.

Hi, I'm not sure you referred below link and script. I recommend use below script as base and modify based on Assigned To field.
