I'm new to CSM and I want to ask if the stages like in change management can be applied in CSM Configurable workspace and if yes is there any documentation that I can use for reference.

This can be achieved using the Stepper component, which provides a visual representation of the process flow using UI Builder:
Navigate to Now Experience Framework > UI Builder. Open the workspace experience you want to modify....
Duplicate the Default Record Page:
> Add the Stepper Component:
> Ensure that the Stepper component is bound to the appropriate data source, such as the Case record, to dynamically display the current stage.....
