Is it possible to display UX Banner Annoucements on only the home page for the agent workspace?

Hello, 

I'm fairly new to ServiceNow. I was wondering if it would be possible to have an announcement banner on my csm agent workspace? I'm building out my homepage using ui builder and I don't see a component to utilize? I want to be able to display announcements such as scheduled downtime.
