Is there a limit to the number of Cases that can be associated/created from a Change Request?

We are using Cases to handle outside Customer Communications for Changes. Recently this process should have created 126 Cases from the Change, but only 99 Cases generated. Is there a limit, and if so how would I adjust the limit?

Hi @Rob Jennings,
I am not fully sure, but it might be worth checking out the system property 'sn_customerservice.consumer_max_new_cases_daily' value on your instance. The description for this property is 'Maximum new cases per consumer per day'.
Let me know if you find something useful.
