Hi,
I am reorganizing our customer forums and I just found out that every time I move a post into the right forum, everyone subscribed to the previous forum gets a notification. We find that unnecessary and bothersome for our customers and I am only at the beginning of my cleanup. I tried two solutions but could not figure it out
Is there a way to turn this off?
Is there a way to move posts in the back end instead to avoid the notifications in the first place?
Please let me know if there is a solution to this?
