Hello Everyone,
I am facing an issue in CSM/FSM config workspace.
I will explain you the issue in detail.
1: On the CSM/FSM config workspace when creating an interaction i have an option to create request using UI Button.
2: When clicked on Create Request Ui button it redirects me to the list of record producers available in instance on the same AWS and from there i will choose any one record producer-> fill the details-> click on submit
3: When clicked on submit it will create a FINANCE case giving me a Thank You screen and an option to View Details.
4: When i click on View Details instead of redirecting me to the case details, it is redirecting me to the interaction page on the same time opening the same case in a new tab on the AWS.
** The issue here is when clicked on "View Details" instead of opening the current page on AWS it is redirecting to the next left page (Which ever the page might be present it is opening that page.)
