KB Article Comments Widget Not Displaying

Hello,

I have added the "KB Article Comment" widget to my page and it is not displaying at all. Any thoughts? Does it require another widget or a parameter to display?

When using the Page Designer, I dragged the widget over and it doesn't show up at all.

I dont know if this information will be helpful anymore but this is what I'm seeing:

So the KB Article Comments is a global widget. The Knowledge Article Comments widget is a Knowledge Management - Service Portal widget. When I put the KB Article Comments widget on the kb_article_view page it wouldn't show up and I believe it is because the page is also in the Knowledge Management - Service Portal scope. But the Knowledge Article Comments widget works fine. I had them both on there for testing.

Sometimes the links in our portal point to the kb_article page instead of the kb_article_view page but there's a portal redirect on Page Route Maps to where it always ends up showing the kb_article_view page even if it says its using kb_article in the web address.

But the weird part is, if I go to a kb_article page (either by a natural link or manually), the KB Article Comments widget will work even though I know its showing the contents of the kb_article_view page. I double checked this by removing everything from the kb_article page but it still resembles the kb_article_view page contents when it displays.

So I dont understand. I know its showing the contents of the kb_article_view page regardless, but the KB Article Comments widget only works when the link is kb_article even though its redirecting to the kb_article_view content.

I wanted to use that widget but I don't want to have to redo all the links and pages. Not sure if its a bug or not but I guess I'm using the Knowledge Article Comments widget

Hi,

Make the widget to public and also add snc_internal and snc_external roles to can view related list.
