Knowledge article not showing in service portal

Hello All,

The knowledge base search on our instance doesn't return any results. I search for keywords that I know are present in the articles and return, "Your search has no matches; nothing comes up."

What did you already check?

 

Is the knowledge base available in the portal?

Are there any User Criteria which may prevent showing?

Are you using AI Search?

Hello @Dhamender 

 

Go to Service Portal >> Portal from the application navigator.

In the list layout add Knowledge base column. Look for the appropriate portal & ensure knowledge base is populated.
