Record Producer is not showing for non admin users in CSM portal

Hi everyone,
I have created a record producer and added it to the Customer Service Catalog and Support Category. It is working fine when I log in as an admin. But when I log in as non-admin I'm not able to find the category in the CSM portal. Kindly suggest me a solution.

Is there any other way than making the page public?
Even the Create Case catalog item is not visible in the CSM portal for Non-admin users.

Hi,

I hope, you defined the whom should it visible and it's not visible configurations. It's available in the catalog form (Maintain Items).

Verify the category as well. It can be accessible from non-admin users.

I didn't add any users,roles or groups for visible and not-visible configuration
