Lookup and verify functionality

Hey there,

I m trying to explore the lookup and verify functionality using Agent workspace and CSM configurable workspace.

As directed I have created the interaction records, but I m not able to use verify customer or verify contact functionality.IT  says you do not have permissions for this.

Also in CSM configurable workspace there's no icon to verify consumer or contact in the contextual side pane.

Hi,

 

Did you ever figure this out.  I have the same issue.  I have the plugin and the roles.  It's not showing on the CSM Configurable workspace.

Same here. Admin and it's installed. Also, it works in Agent Workspace and not Configurable WS. Even my PDI isn't working as documented. Been looking at it most of the morning. The Contextual side bar doesn't have any configuration for "Lookup and verify" so it can't show but no docs on how to create it and it's not intuitive enough to guess.

Sure be nice if someone has it working and can share a screenshot of the Contextual Sidebar record. Should be on this table, sys_declarative_action_assignment.

Update, Got is to show in CWS. The docs say role admin and that is not correct. It must be sn_customerservice.consumer_agent. UI Builder Page limits to the Audiance, "LV - Consumer Agent" and that only allows the consumer_agent role. the others do not work.

Here is the documentation steps I have for getting this working on new case types and to interactions.

 

 

  • Lookup and Verify Set up Utah - CSM Configurable Workspace (Utah)

  • Navigate toWorkspace Experience > Lookup and Verify > Configurations
  • Validate the correct verification is active for Contact &/or Consumer
  • Navigate to UI Builder
  • Select the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace Experience
  • Select the CSM default record page
  • Duplicate the CSM default record page
  • Set to active
  • Set the order to -10
  • Select Editor and Save
  • Set table to the case type/desired table name
  • Under Settings add the variant condition for your table 
  • Select Tab sidebar under content on the left hand side
  • On the right column click + Add and select ‘Add a page collection’
  • Next
  • Scroll down and find the CSM Interaction record mid tabs
  • Add the CSM Interaction record mid-tabs Collection Tab
  • Select Save
  • Go back to CSM Configurable workspace experience
  • Duplicate variant of the CSM Interaction record page record
  • Name it
  • Click Create
  • Go to settings
  • Set to active
  • Set the order to -10 (lower than the one you copied)
  • Select Editor and Save
  • Validate all the Sidebar Icons work (Record Info, Agent Assist, Attachments, Templates, Contact Verify and Constituent Verify)

Thanks for the help however, I'm finding it impossible to follow the instructions as UIB isn't giving me the options. I've used UIB and know my way around it. "click + Add and select ‘Add a page collection’" isn't an option. My default page uses Contextual Sidebar and VIEWPORT components as it's the CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace and not a new custom WS. There is no option in my variant to edit Contextual Sidebar outside of the 'Edit Content' and making a new page from what I find.

Can you spend a few minutes and check your instructions against your instance and let us know where it goes off the rails?
