Lookup and verify functionality

Hey there,

I m trying to explore the lookup and verify functionality using Agent workspace and CSM configurable workspace.

As directed I have created the interaction records, but I m not able to use verify customer or verify contact functionality.IT  says you do not have permissions for this.

Also in CSM configurable workspace there's no icon to verify consumer or contact in the contextual side pane.

I encountered this issue earlier and found that the 'Contact verify' and 'Consumer verify' buttons in the Contextual Side Panel do not appear if you are logged in as admin. They only appear when you impersonate or login as a Customer Service Agent or similar CSM role.
