Mobile Agent licence type

HI,

We have a doubt with the type of license used for Mobile Agent, according to what we have read this APP uses FCM type licenses, but the role that users must have is wm_dispatcher, which has inheritance from role sn_customerservice which is a CSM role, therefore, it causes us confusion about the type of license for Mobile Agent, is it FSM or CSM? Is this role necessary for work orders and work tasks?

Hi,

Ultimately, it would be best to consult with your ServiceNow Account Executive regarding any licensing questions. Mobile Agent would be app agnostic and the data they're trying to access, they'd need to have the appropriate role for.

Work order is part of FSM.

Agents need wm_basic role to work on work order and work order tasks,

And, this wm_basic is contained in wm_dispatcher role.

wm_dispatcher role can Schedule and assigns the tasks to agents.
