Error message in Agent workspace and not able to edit the form

When I open few forms (not all), I am getting a error message "

This form has not been configured for Workspace. To edit the form, select a different type of record, or contact your administrator."

How to fix this.

Hi,

Make sure you copy existing view or create a workspace view on the form you are getting this message.

Once we have the workspace view on the form/table, we will be able to modify the record.

Hi

as mentioned, you have to modify or create a view "Workspace" (display name) / "workspace" (technical name)
