it comes from platform level and is present in Workflow on sc_request table
Why to remove that? It will be a platform change and impact entire Service Catalog process.
The OOB logic creates RITM and then subsequently triggers either workflow or flow once REQ is approved

Hi Ankur,
Ya I found the OOB workflow for that REQ.
There is a requirement, like Approvers should triggered only in the RITM level.
They don't want the approvers to trigger on the REQ form.
Instead of disabling the workflow ,is there any alternative for this requirement.

OOB the approval on REQ is sent only when the price is more than 1000 USD
If your catalog item price is less than that then it's auto approved
It's a business process.
If you don't want approval and it should auto approve all the time then adjust the price of your catalog items.
