for ITIL user > need to hide the Open Requests module in LIST option for Service Operation Workspace view.

how to achieve this.

Hi @Abhilasha G T ,

You can configure roles to these lists from sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list_list.do.

Or by opening workspace -> clicking list you want to edit -> configure page -> List applicabilities

You can probably add a role admin there so an ITIL user will not be able to see it.
