Need to replace the existing Notifications (bell icon) functionality with Announcements.

Hello ,

We have a requirement to display Announcements in the notification bell icon section of the Employee Center (ESC) Portal instead of the notifications.

Could you please provide your suggestions or recommended approach for implementing this functionality?

We already have a notification bell icon in ESC portal but we need to change the functionality by deactivating the current notification feature and displaying Announcements instead. The notification bell icon should show announcements rather than system notifications.

I think you will require customization for this

Announcement has different purpose and the bell notifications has different purpose.

it's better you train your customers about what's the OOTB feature.
