need to set run as a field default value as system administration in Scheduled job table.

Drag and drop the run as field in form layout and mention System Administrator user in that field.

Disables the update to the fields sys_updated_by, sys_updated_on, sys_mod_count, sys_created_by, and sys_created_on.
