New Topic "Dynamic Translation Support Topic" visible under Virtual Agent list of topics

Hi all,

 

There's a new topic "Dynamic Translation Support Topic" being visible under the list of topics in VA. Is there any way we can deactivate this. Also, found that in sys_cs_topic, this is an OOTB topic and can't deactivated. Need your help on this please.

@sreeshsurendran any update on this, as I would like to avoid creating a ticket in SN support if this has been already resolved by someone.

I ended up putting a case into Hi on this and they provided an update set which sets "Is System Topic" to false to remove the topic from the VA.

Finally we ended up wit the same - yesterday we created HI ticket and received update set as you wrote.

ServiceNow has provided PRB number for this PRB1792422

I have found it and I read there the last comment made about 1 month ago:

 

1. Installing Conversational Interfaces - Diagnostics (va-diagnostic-tool) application version 2.2.1 will fix this issue.
2. No, it will not readily available in Xanadu patches or hotfixes.

 

So I believe that anybody who is facing this issue should just update application version 2.2.1 or higher and that's it. No more need of HI ticket creation etc.

Hi @sreeshsurendran , I am also working on the same thing. "Dynamic Translation Support Topic" it shows only readable format. Have you figured it to deactivate?
