No cases are visible in "Customer Activity Tab" in CSM Workspace

Hi all,

Can you help me to know why there is no Case, Interaction records are visible in my CSM Workspace at Customer Activity Tab.
Below are some screen shots related to that.

As you can see there are 3 records for Consumer "Gilly Parker" in Customer Service Case Table, but shows: 

"No activity found for this facet."

Although, when I check the configuration for the facet, I found two Activity type:

1. Contact case created

2. Consumer case created

which are Active = True as well.

Can you help me to know, why I am facing this issue.

This could happen if you installed the plugin after the activity took place. The data is record in the table "sn_actsub_activity" by a business rule.
