No option in Service Operations Workspace to log time worked against a CTASK, unlike for RITMs.

hi 

I am finding it difficult to log time against a CTASK when working in the Service Operations Workspace, unlike with RITMs.

For RITMs, there is a ‘New’ UI action available under the Related Records tab to add time. However, in the case of CTASKs, this ‘New’ UI action is not available.
Time can be entered for RITMs with NEW UI button

 Do we have to configure it any where in the instance?

OOB in Zurich PDI , TimeWorked related list was not added for CTASK.

As an Admin when I open CTASK , under related record->Time worked ->New button showing

If you are accessing as a Admin ,  check the  set up , If non-admin is not getting access check READ ACL on CTASK

I am able to see as admin

Seems that user doesn't have ACL or the Related List New action is being restricted for that non admin
