Not able to access the Service Catalog of Catalog Items from the Native and SOW View

Hi Team,

Not able to access the Service Catalog of Catalog Items from the Native and SOW View.

Details I checked >

  1. With required role> catalog, catalog_admin ,itil
  2. checked any user criteria defined under service catalog
  3. Verified the Service Catalog in >sc_catalog.LIST
  4. Table >sc_cat_item.LIST> there are 22 active catalog items under catalogs > service catalog,Open the record and verify the Available For and Not Available For fields.
  5. Checked for UI Policies or Client Scripts Blocking Access

Note: not find the solution, how to troubleshoot further, to resolve this issue

 

any suggestions teams.

yes, i have checked with admin and ITIL role also.

Sometimes the category visibility might be restricted. Verify that the Catalog Items belong to categories that are visible in the desired views.
Try clearing the browser cache or logging out and logging back in to see if the issue persists.
