Not able to attach the files in all the forms (incident, problem, etc) after upgrade from Jakarta to London. Example: If we click on the attachment icon in incident form, not able to find "Choose File" option to browse the file from the system. Kindly see below,

Hi,
check the READ/WRITE ACL on that table; if it got updated due to upgrade or someone updated it
if user is not having those ACLs attachment cannot be added/viewed

Hi,
Can you check link as it talks about some properties. Addtionally, you can also check for ACL of type create on sys_attachment table. Since, its after upgrage possibly some ACLs would have been modified & is the cause.
Additionally, you can also try the same in other browser & compare the results.

Hi,
open a developer console on your browser when you click the attachments icon; is there any error? if the error is only occurring for one specific record and cannot be reproduce with other records the best may be then to open a Hi ticket for support to take a look to it.
