Not able to Case type table/Menu item

Hello,

 

I have installed CSM family plugin in my dev instance and planning to create a new case type but not able to see case type menu/table. I can see Cases but not Case type.

Any additional configuration needed to get case type table?

You can activate the Customer Service Case Types plugin (com.snc.csm_case_types):

Customer service case types  and Configuring customer service case types

 

Once you have it, then also refer to Case type selector. It's very handy.

 

And very good help is the CSM guided setup:

Thanks for the clue @GlideFather , seems this plugin moved to store from Zurich release, So i just downgraded to Yokohama and able to find plugin directly in developer instance.
