OOB Reject button is not working in Dev

OOB Reject button is not working in Dev but in the test, it is working. we have compared the UI action, UI policy, and client script it is the same in both dev and test.

@Vani14  Are you using reject() or rejectApproval()?  I think rejectApproval() is the preferred function
