Need expert advice on - Order decomposition in customer order life cycle & relationship of product inventory with sold products , install base items & CIs.
I am getting customer order & order line items data via third party integration . After that i am approving it manually & processing it to completed manually for product order to get created on basis on PO/PS defined already.
Till product inventory , i can understand that its getting auto created but how can we relate it to sold prod , install base items & CI/Asset so that ,if in case of service desk agents when trying to raise any case or incident then fulfilment should be having sold prod, install base items , CI available.

@Abhi53 Product Inventory if linked to a product model is your sold product. You need subflow to run as part of your fulfilment policy to create install base item and CI

Thanks for your kind response.
We can understand that prod inventory is having m2m relationship to sold products but can you share details on the subflow which you are highlighting to create install base items & Asset/CI.
Also if you have any expert advice on Service Subscription , Resource facing service & Customer facing service & if i am getting SS,RFS & CFS via third party integration then which will be most appropriate OTB to map it so that it should be having relationship with the customer/prod orders.
