Hi Folks,

After completing an order in CSM workspace, line items are not visible.

but the same line items are visible in platform/form view.

its showing can't display the list.

Hi Rudhi,

From the screenshot you shared, it looks like a hierarchical list issue on the instance. Are you doing any customization related to the hierarchical list on the instance?

We would need a bit more detail about the instance setup to troubleshoot this further.
