playbook use for native UI

Hello team,

I was going through the playbook, I got a query does it use in the workspace only or we can use it on native UI or in a portal also??

how can I use this playbook in ServiceNow forms, because Fullfiller will be working on a platform.. we are not using workspace or portal to handle any case..!!! can you please guide me on this?
