Pop up notification CSM workspace

How to do a pop up notification without clicking the bell Icon,
Example: Creating new Case will notify the agent on their workspace Pop up alert notification.png

This is done under the Provider Notifications section https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-platform-administration/page/administer/notification...

The provider content type should be "Next Experience"

If a provider notification is configured, it should default as a banner notification (the popup you reference) - Has the user got this configured within their profile settings? If not, it'll just default to badge count within the bell icon.

Hi @Kieran Anson, Thanks for your response. Can you specify how to make it pop up like the attached image? Cause I already tried the Provider notif. and the notification won't pop up without clicking the bell Icon.
