Problem Creation in case not working as expected as per Flow created

We recently onboarded an iflyres-Jira integration in our instances. As per the conditions mentioned:
- Conditions in Flow Designer: (Category is not one of (Incident, Query, Maintenance Planned, Data Extract Request, Data Update Request, Monitoring Alert, and Outage) and Product is not iFlyRES). When these conditions are met, a case ticket should be created.
- We consider a category of "Bug" as a Problem Ticket and "Change Request" as a Change Ticket from case point of view.
- When we select categories like Bug or Change Request and product is iflyres, a case ticket should be created and the flow should execute but it is not happening as per conditions.

- But if we keep product is iflyres in flow designer condition, it will only work for Iflyres , not for other products
However, these trigger conditions are not working as expected.

- so, please give me a solution to these , and i think if we check on Executions in flow designer we might get a solution, but not sure about the result- Executions is a part of solution i think, please give me the solution for this.
