Requirement: Priority should be changed based on Urgency & Impact selection for Procurement Case
Configuration Done:
- A data lookup matcher table created in scope 'Procurement Case Management'
- A data definition table created in scope 'Procurement Case Management'
- The Source Table is marked as 'Procurement Request' and the matcher table is the data lookup matcher table.
- Matcher fields are Impact & Urgency and setter field is Priority
However with this above configuration, the Priority is not set based on the impact & urgency. Kindly help.

This should be quite simple, did you follow
1. Make sure, there is no Ui policy/ client script working on setting priority
2. Is on insert , on update or on form change checked on your data lookup?

Hi @RaghavSh ,
1. There are not Client scripts or UI policies to setup priority
2. All the check boxes are marked in the data lookup
