Propose Major Case option is not visible on case form of Customer Service Management

Hi Team ,

 

I am not able to find option 'Propose Major Case' in context menu of Case form (Customer Service Management).
Tried in New ,Open state of Case.
Is there any way so that I can able to see this option

@Varsha Damodar  - Kindly check that the additional customer service plugin for Major Issue Management

[com.sn_majorissue_mgt] is installed.

 

Navigate to
System Application > All available applications > All

Confirm the plugin is installed.

Open case form or list
Configure > UI Actions verify Propose Major Case

 

or System Definition > UI Actions
or System UI > UI Actions

Filter for name contains case

confirm you see the Propose Major Case
