Provider Notification

If a case status is changing from awaiting info to Open, then the assigned to person should be notified so that he can pick up and continue working on that case. How to achieve this scenario using provider notification.

Hi @Anusha Medharam ,

Please follow below steps to achieve the same:

 

1. Navigate to the module named "Notifications" under Provider under System Notifications as shown below:

2. Select Trigger as "Record Change"

 

3. Select the "Updated" checkbox and select the table as Case. In my example I have selected it as "Incident" for example.

 

4. Add your condition similar to how I have added

 

5. Go to Recipient tab and select Assigned to in the recipients list.

 

6. Right click and Save or hit Submit button

Once saved, navigate to the Related List named "Contents" as shown below:

Click on New Provider Content and then Select where you want your users to be Notified like for example within Workspace or Next experience as shown below:

I have selected Next experience as an example, give a name to your record as shown below:
