Dear ServiceNow Community Members,

I have a query regarding email notifications in ServiceNow. When we implement case creation acknowledgment notifications that are triggered to the case creator, are there any limitations on the total number of email notifications that can be sent from the platform?

 

Specifically, I’m looking to understand if there are any such limits based on the edition of the subscription, such as the Standard edition.

 

Would appreciate any insights or documentation references on this.

ServiceNow does not impose a specific daily limit on the total number of email notifications that can be sent from the platform, including for the Standard edition. Instead, the platform focuses on ensuring stable performance by managing the rate and size of outbound emails. Here's the documentation link on email size limits:
