CSM Fundamental Simulator Task 2

I am stuck in CSM Fundamental Simulator task 2, i have created accounts, contacts its still giving errors.

can anyone help me on that.

Hi Jabbar Nurbash,

Did you make the ABC Corp as a parent account to ABC Corp USA?

Did you also create contacts and assign the roles to contacts, as well as make primary contacts in respective accounts, ex. customer admin and partner admin? 

If not then redo the task especially the customer admin and partner admin task, make the primary contacts, and userid with firstname.lastname all lowercase.

Customer Service > Customer > Accounts - Create the desired ABC Corp and also same

Create the contacts which you will make the primary contact, on the related list you can personalize and add the userid field or you go to user administration > users and then update the userid and user roles as required - for partner admin and customer admin

Customer Service > Customer > Accounts - Create the desired ABC Corp USA with Parent field set to ABC Corp.

Stuck in Task 2? If so use the same recommendation. Make sure your view is not changed or also your scope as well.

1)Make sure you have userid field in contact form.
2)Make sure you don't have any spelling mistakes like usernames, userid and account names.
