Record Producer is not showing for non admin users in CSM portal

Hi everyone,
I have created a record producer and added it to the Customer Service Catalog and Support Category. It is working fine when I log in as an admin. But when I log in as non-admin I'm not able to find the category in the CSM portal. Kindly suggest me a solution.

Yes, you should add snc_internal or snc_external role.

Did you try adding user criteria under Available for related list?

Try adding snc_internal and snc_external as roles.

Hi @Siva Ganesh ,

Did you check any role added on Crease case catalog item? Or have checked any user criteria added or not & for non admin users falling the visibility criteria.
I saw in OOB catalog item few roles are added below screenshot as your reference. Can you please check once?
