Report: How many hours agent has been Available on Workspace

Hello, 
I have a requirement to create a report that shows many hours every agent has been available in the workspace.

The agent history statuses are located in this table "awa_agent_presence_history"

I have tried to create a Matric Definition for that table, to collect how long time is spent between statues changes.
the Matric Definition has never fired, when I create a new record in awa_agent_presence_history table or even when I update an existing record.

Does any one have a solution on how to get that done?

Need to get daily sum of online hours for each agent.
