Rights of Roles in ACLs, UI Actions, ...

Is it possible to see which rights a role has in ACLs, UI actions, lists or in forms? I have found the Access Analyzer, but that would not be enough for us.

Our KB admins would like to know which rights they and KB managers have. This is just one example; we would prefer to have an overview for all roles in general.
