Sailpoint connector workflow timer issue

We have integrated a SailPoint plugin into ServiceNow. The manage access wizard has been created in the portal . T
here are roles and entitlements, and we have created requests for entitlements.
RITM was created and we approved all levels, stages should be updated as fulfillment and the state is in the working process, but the stage is awaiting approval and the state is pending. When we checked the workflow, we noticed a timer activity, that was completed but did not move on to another activity.
